There are several reasons a card can be declined even though sufficient funds exist. Credit cards can be declined due to spending limits instituted by the issuing bank, billing address mismatches, or blocks against online sellers.
If your card is declined, contact your credit card issuer to request that they raise or temporarily remove spending limit. Also, make sure to supply the appropriate billing address when completing your order. In addition, some cards have security features that do not allow purchases from online vendors until they have been approved by the card issuer. If this is the case, a call to your issuer should be able to release funds to InkHead for your order.
