  1. Credit Cards: For online orders, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) via our secure server.

    • Security Code: The card security code, or CVV, is a unique three or four digit number, separate from your credit card number that is used to ensure that you are in physical possession of the card.

      Your security code can be found in the following locations on the following cards:

      Credit Card Security Code
      Visa/MasterCard/Discover

      Your card security code for your MasterCard, Visa or Discover card is a three-digit number on the back of your credit card, immediately following your main card number.

      American Express

      The card security code for your American Express card is a four digit number located on the front of your credit card, to the right or left above your main credit card number.

    • Credit Card Declines:

      There are several reasons a card can be declined even though sufficient funds exist. First, verify the address on the order is the billing address for your card. Credit cards can be declined due to spending limits instituted by the issuing bank, billing address mismatches, or blocks against online sellers.

      If your card is declined, contact your credit card issuer. They can inform you of the reasons for decline. They may raise or temporarily remove spending limit if necessary. In addition, some cards have security features that do not allow purchases from online vendors until they have been approved by the card issuer. If this is the case, a call to your issuer should be able to release funds to InkHead for your order.

  2. Payment Terms – Purchase Orders/Purchase Agreements/Credit Applications:

    Yes, we are happy to extend payment terms for businesses upon credit approval. Please contact customer care for a credit application, or you may submit your standard credit sheet for review.

    • Credit approval is at the discretion of InkHead, Inc. and a deposit may be required until a payment history is established.
    • Please note that all invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.
    • Credit terms are available for most government entities and educational institutions with a submitted Purchase Order.
    • A service charge may be assessed on all past due balances at the rate of the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed under applicable law.
    • If you would like to be placed on credit terms and your company does not issue purchase orders InkHead will email you a Purchase Agreement for you to sign and return once your credit application has been approved.
  3. Check:

    Orders can be paid by mailing a check to InkHead. We cannot accept checks by phone. Your order cannot be proceed until the check has cleared, this may delay production of your items.

  4. PayPal:

    Payments made with PayPal must be made through the website; InkHead cannot process PayPal payments via phone.
