Does InkHead charge for overruns?

No, InkHead only charges customers for the number of items ordered. If a customer receives more products than he or she ordered (an overrun), the customer will not be liable to pay for the extra products received.

If you have received fewer items than you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will work with our manufacturing partner to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
