All of this bike riding for National Bike Month may have your energy reserves feeling a little bit depleted. Kick-start your bike ride by indulging in an amazing energy smoothie.


• ½ cup orange juice

• 4 to 6 strawberries (hulled and sliced)

• ½ banana

• ¼ cup silken tofu (about 3 ounces)

• 1 tablespoon honey

• 6 ice cubes


Puree until smooth 🙂
