The high-carbon stainless steel blades carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. And our new Swiss Classic contemporary handle design is ergonomic, slip-resistant and dishwasher-safe. The hardwood block is ecologically friendly and free from artificial dyes and stains with a natural finish to protect from stains and splatters. Set includes: 3-1/4" straight edge paring knife; 3-1/4" serrated edge paring knife; 4-1/2" serrated edge utility knife; 6" utility knife; 6" boning knife; 8" chef's knife; 8" bread; 9" honing steel; kitchen shears; slant hardwood block.
