As a VERY small organization on a very tight budget, I’m used to being brushed aside by vendors and used to receiving very poor customer service. I sometimes just give up on a project when it’s clear that the efforts to get anywhere are too daunting.
When I first went looking for this product over a year ago, I was not welcomed by the several vendors I investigated. Until I ran across Inkhead.com. Not only were your prices competitive and your website very easy to use, your customer service has been fantastic. The fact that you treated my inquiry seriously was the MAIN factor in my choosing you last year.
Your supplier being out of stock is disappointing, but that is substantially mitigated by the great effort your staff has put into trying to make it work out better. I know it takes valuable time and effort to sustain this level of service, but I want to let you know that it has paid off with me in terms of continued customer loyalty.
