 We received our order (65 Cutter & Buck charging stations) last Friday morning and wanted to take a moment to share our thoughts and appreciation of our experience with InkHead.com.

First, your online ordering process was so simple and the initial information provided all the details we needed to make a decision, up front (pricing, shipping timeline, artwork specs, etc.). Then, the follow-up message from you was a great one-on-one touch and went above and beyond normal customer service activity (this step has become extinct with most online shopping venues). The artwork proof supplied was very realistic (i.e. visual diagrams) and aided greatly in the approval process. We also noticed that our items arrived a full week ahead of the original estimated date. Then, there are the items themselves…exceed expectation in every way (quality, presentation, imprint, etc.). Thank you for taking care of our holiday shopping needs this year. We plan to visit InkHead.com again, soon!

 Please tell your Team that we have been VERY impressed! I have been working with another company and it has been one problem after another!! Constant revisits to the colors, they can't get the quantity we need, this item is oversees and they can't get it until June, the vendor requires a 500 count minimum… on and on… I couldn’t BELIEVE how fast you had found our items, got the logo ready, sent him an example, could get the amount we needed, could meet our incredibly tight deadline, AND could do it for less money!!!! INCREDIBLE!! And to boot, I was informed that the order will be here sooner than you originally promised! I ask, DOES IT GET ANY BETTER?!?! You guys are wonderful!
