Our company made our first order from InkHead Promotional Products with this item due to the low price and the availability of the free rush order option. We were in quite a hurry. I was actually very surprised at how smoothly the process went. I uploaded the artwork that we wanted for our scratch pad, and got a digital proof sent to me very promptly. I needed to make a couple of adjustments to get it exactly the way we wanted it, but I got great customer support from the InkHead staff, both over the phone and through e-mail, and after a little bit of back-and-forth communication, we were ready to have the product printed and sent to us. And the product even reached us two days before the estimated rush delivery date!

As for the product itself, our company has no complaints. I'd have to say the scratch pads even turned out better than I had expected. The colors and the print quality are pretty much perfect, and the paper quality is probably about the best you can get for a giveaway scratch pad. I would definitely order more of these scratch pads from InkHead if the need arises.
