InkHead Makes Key Site Enhancements
The award-winning promotional products company adds shopping wish lists, improves site performance, and overhauls the checkout process.
Hot on the heels of its new redesign in February, InkHead made several new key enhancements this month. The improvements are meant to make the shopping experience easier than ever before. While the May 15 release incorporated several small changes, the most noteworthy enhancements were the introduction of product wish lists, improved shopping cart functionality, and streamlining the checkout process to a single page.
The new product wish lists enable customers to create and build shopping lists, either for their own future use or to share with their friends, colleagues, and family. Another key change with this release was tying product shopping carts to accounts. Now, customers can view the same shopping cart from any computer as long as they sign in before shopping. Lastly, InkHead refined the checkout process into a single page, making placing an order with the company a breeze.
“When we released the new redesign in February, we were already looking forward to the next iteration,” says Jason Miller, InkHead’s COO and the thought-leader behind the new enhancements. “We want to make shopping on InkHead so easy that customers will never need to go anywhere else for their promotional products.”
