InkHead Looks Forward to Tenth Anniversary
The promotional product company enters its tenth year in a strong position in the industry and looks forward to continued success in 2013.

In the last year, InkHead Promotional Products added key hires to its web department and made organizational changes elsewhere in the company to keep up with growing customer demand and expand its online marketing efforts. Thanks in part to these expanded marketing efforts, in 2012 the company had multiple salespeople break the million mark in sales, a rare accomplishment in the promotional product industry. To cap off a year of firsts, InkHead broke its previous record for most orders in a single day on Cyber Monday 2012, generating 40% more orders than Cyber Monday of last year.
Becoming Industry Thought Leaders
InkHead’s site redesign early in 2012 put renewed focus on usability and speed, and subsequent enhancements such as wishlists, international shipping, and mobile website have ensured that customers can use InkHead how they want, when they want. Because InkHead is completely eCommerce-driven, the company has become a de facto ambassador for Web 2.0 technologies in the promotional product industry. To wit, the company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing Jim Franklyn has given presentations on eCommerce at numerous trade events at both the state and national levels to educate our colleagues on the latest and greatest web technologies.
2013: A Year-Long Celebration
In 2013, InkHead Promotional Products will celebrate its tenth anniversary, and company leaders could not be more excited. “We want to make our birthday a year-long event for our customers,” says Michael Ollinger, the company’s Digital Marketing Manager. “InkHead is in a great place right now, and we owe a lot of that to our awesome customers. We can’t wait to share in the celebration.”
