Product Information
The "fireworks" pattern is printed on a neon pencil with a black ferrule and black eraser. The fireworks pattern shows up on the pencil color. The foil color will appear as the background. Pricing includes up to five lines of ad copy silk-screened in one color ink. The lead only comes in #2 degree and there is no charge for screen or set-up.
