Price includes one color, one location silk screen imprint. Multiple imprint colors available at an additional charge. Adhesive is on 4" side. Actual size: 2-15/16"H x 4"W. Imprint Area: 2-9/16"H x 3-5/8"H. Free screens, and no charge for PMS match (metallic, flourescent, and special mixes not included). One paper color per pad, per order. Must be ordered in increments of 500.
