Very disappointed! This product fell way below my minimal expectations. Basically it constantly resets itself. All of the pedometers are faulty in this way. Our idea was to have a one week contest "Step Challenge" - everyone who achieved a minimum of 25,000 steps eligible for a prize drawing at the end of the week...we had to change it to an "honor system" because everyone was so frustrated and disappointed that their pedometers did not really work. How embarrassing to have our company logo on this pathetic product! We actually chose this particular model because it closes and we reasoned that this would guard against reset...wow we were wrong!! Don't buy this product...horrible!!
