100% Polyester shell with lightweight coating. Water and wind resistant, detachable 3-piece hood with bill. Toggle closure at hood to seal out water and wind. Inside storm placket; mesh lining; adjustable velcro cuffs; front slash pockets with zipper closure;princess seams for flattering shape; inside zipper welt pocket; drop tail for more protection.
