I love this product it's attractive, functional, and most importantly, EXACTLY what I expected. But the product is only half the story.
InkHead has a beautifully streamlined ordering process that is equally as important as the quality of its products. In searching for a steel mug I requested samples from several different companies only InkHead had them to me when promised and without charge. Once I chose the Steel City Bistro Mug, InkHead had me quickly through the art submission and approval process literally took me minutes. Finally, the turnaround time was quick, there were no unexpected "add-on" fees, our logo was crisp, and I received EXACTLY what I ordered.
Love the product, love the company, will most certainly order from them again.
