Combining the features of a cleaver and a chef's knife, the 7" Santoku Knife is an extremely versatile knife that can be used for any task. Designed with a Swiss Classic handle, its ceramic blade features extreme sharpness, outstanding edge retention and resistance to corrosion and acids. The ceramic blades are manufactured in Japan from high-purity zirconium oxide powder and compressed at very high pressures, resulting in a blade that's as hard as a diamond.
