They looked great, but after a few uses they have started to fail. We've already wrecked three chairs. The weight limit on the chairs is 300lbs, but it should likely be closer to 100lbs.
The failures have happened at the leading edge of the seat of the chair, where it's supported by the frame. The stitching have given way. We ordered close to 30 chairs, 3 of them are in the garbage, and about another 4-5 more are starting to go.
If you're buying these as a promotional item, I would look for another option. They are also somewhat uncomfortable to sit in.

Our company ordered all of our employees these chairs with our company logo as a staff appreciation gift and everyone loved them. Everyone talked about what nice quality they were and how great they looked. In addition, all the people that I worked with at InkHead were awesome!
