This product is durable and has worked well for us. Moreover the printing of our logo is very high quality and looks great! I've appreciated the friendly customer service provided by Derek throughout the ordering process. The only other comment I have is for customers to be sure that they are aware that they are ordering the exact product they need. This particular box cutter does not come with a guard and many workplace unions require box cutters with guards.
