We got a full color print of these in black color, and the print came out as expected. While I'm not sure that it's a sticker, it sure looks like one. My issue with these is that they look cheap, the plastic is dull and the mold is ridged, though the reel and clips seem to be sturdy. I expected because they were the most/second most expensive plastic badge holders they'd be less cheap looking. We won't be getting these same ones again, and should have requested a sample beforehand.
