Inkhead are OK until there is a problem. The initial service was excellent & when I had problems the customer service guys tried their best to help, however when I was escalated to Jim Franklyn VP of Sales & Marketing it went downhill quickly - he let the Inhead team down badly & left me with a really poor opinion of the company. Make sure you allow LOADS of extra time when you order & hope you have no reason to be in contact with Jim.... The product itself was quite good - but not worth the headaches.
