How do I send InkHead my artwork?

Posted August 2, 2010

After you’ve placed an order or made a quote request, you can upload your artwork to InkHead by clicking the Upload New Artwork button in My Account.

  • Large Files (over 25 MB): Please contact us to request our large file upload link.
  • Preferred Formats: While we accept art in any format, we prefer black-and-white vector/print-ready artwork created in one of the following programs: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Macromedia Freehand. Popular vector format file extensions include: .ai, .cdr, and .eps. Please avoid sending Microsoft Office document files such as Word or Excel. If an Office document is sent with images, please send them separately.
  • Vector Art Conversion: An artist will contact you to resolve any issues that arise in creating print-ready artwork if you send artwork in the following formats: .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, or a Photoshop-generated .eps file. Providing non-vector artwork may delay your order, as an artist will have to retouch or recreate your artwork. Due to the labor involved in converting raster images to vector artwork, your order will be subject to an Art Conversion Fee if we have to convert your artwork to vector format.
  • Troubleshooting: If you are having trouble uploading your artwork through the My Account screen, you can also send your artwork as an email attachment to¬†art@inkhead.com.
