What is InkHead’s Return Policy?

Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized promotional items. Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are absolutely no returns after 30 days from receipt of order.
- In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please call us at 800-554-0127, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
- In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer care department for assistance. Our No Risk Policy ensures your complete satisfaction, and we’ll do everything possible to correct the situation. We will also arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.
- Returns on undamaged blank items require a 10% restocking fee.
