What is the InkHead Ordering Process?
Ready to order? Our secure online process makes it simple to get the products you need, at any time of day or night! Here’s how it works:
Choose your promotional items and select an imprint color. Most product pricing includes a one color/one location imprint, except where otherwise noted. For multiple color imprints, please choose your first color and specify other desired colors in the comments box. Your account manager will contact you regarding any additional charges for multiple colors.
Want to add a logo or other artwork? No problem! You can upload your artwork at the end of the checkout process, or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. We’ll send you a virtual proof to approve before your order goes into production. Just want a text (typeset) imprint? Enter your text and select a font! We will send a virtual proof via email for text only imprints for your approval.
Sometimes you needed it yesterday. While we haven’t mastered the art of time travel yet, we do offer rush production on many of our products. If you need your order before the standard production time listed, choose the “rush production” option and specify your desired in-hands date. We’ll contact you to discuss the best production and shipping options to meet your needs.
Have a discount code? We’ll ask you to enter it near the end of the checkout process. Once you’ve entered your payment information via our SSL-encrypted site, you’ll receive an order confirmation and we’ll begin to process your order.
