This product was my second choice based upon aesthetics. Unfortunately a couple of days passed between the selection my first flashlight choice and InkHead informing me that said choice was no longer available.

InkHead provided outstanding service from that point forward to ensure that flashlights were received by the needed date.

The flashlights themselves I would consider average at best. Given that they are promotional flashlights, I wasn''t expecting a bright beam of light. I was, however, expecting all flashlights to work. Unfortunately about 5% of the flashlights never worked. Another 10 to 15% worked after I or the recipient of the light played around with the switching mechanism.

The finished, printed product looked great but I would not order this particular product again or recommend any else purchase it.
