We’re always changing.
Here at InkHead, we are working constantly to make substantial improvements to our website. It was around this time last year that we started working on InkHead 3.0, the current version of the site. While we are not overhauling the site design again this year, we have made several small tweaks to make the ordering experience at InkHead easier than ever.
We listened to your feedback.
Among the many suggestions we receive from our customers, simplifying the reorder process came up time and time again. Before now, when clients wanted to order more of the same products, they had to call their account manager, who had to create a whole new order for them. While we invite and encourage you to call your account manager whenever you need promotional items, we also understand that sometimes you want simply to click a button and be on with it.
Reorder with a few clicks.
Now, all you have to do to reorder products is visit the My Account section of InkHead and click the reorder button next to the item you want to reorder. Ready to learn how to reorder products through InkHead? Follow the steps below:
- Sign in to My Account.
- Click on the Completed Orders tab under the section titled “Your Orders.”
- Click the green Reorder button next to the item you wish to order again.
- Review the reorder request, making sure to add any special instructions before clicking the blue Submit Reorder Request button to initiate the reorder.
Pretty simple, right? Once the reorder request has been submitted, your account manager will review the request and prepare an invoice for you.
