We here at InkHead Promotional Products do not like to keep secrets, but sometimes, certain facts about our business may go unnoticed unless we say something ourselves. Here are 6 things about InkHead that you may not have known.
1. InkHead has extended business hours.
If you are on the west coast or work irregular hours, we are still here to help you find the perfect products for your next marketing event or awareness campaign! Our business hours are 9 AM – 6 PM ET, but we always have someone in the office to take calls until 8 PM ET. Why not pick up the phone and give that salesperson working the late shift something to do! And if you would rather not speak on the telephone, we also manage our Live Chat feature until 8 PM ET as well. You can start a Live Chat session by clicking the orange button on the right side of nearly any screen on the InkHead website.
2. We are on the “Big Three” social networks: Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Take a moment to connect with us however you see fit, but we would love if it if you connected with us on all three networks.

We also have incorporated Google’s latest social feature, the +1 button. While Google’s repeated attempts to enter the social sphere have not been very successful, they are confident +1 will succeed where products such as Orkut and Buzz have failed in the past. Twitter also released their own new button recently, the Follow button, which we have added as well.

3. InkHead has enhanced apparel decoration options.
You can now order embroidery, screen-printing, and heat transfers on any of the apparel items you order through InkHead. You can find this option on any apparel product page, located between the Price and Quantity Slider fields. When you update your selection, the order estimate is automatically updated to reflect your choice. Pretty nifty, huh? The screenshot show below shows you where to find this new option. 4. We like it when you ask questions.
Six weeks ago, we added a feature to product listings that allows people to ask questions about any of the products in our catalog. So if you’re wondering whether a custom coffee mug can take an imprint on either side or where to find ink refills for your personalized pens, we are happy to help. We only ask that you keep the questions specific about the products you’re viewing, as they will be added to the site so future customers will already have the answer you were seeking.

5. InkHead has a product review system.
Released roughly a month ago, our product review system has already handled several hundred reviews from past InkHead customers. We feel this feature will make the InkHead catalog even more useful by giving you access to past customers’ experiences surrounding specific products.
While everyone can view reviews, only past and current customers are able to leave them. To get started, sign into your InkHead account.
In fact, we were chosen as one of the top 10 fattest-growing distributors for 2010 by Counselor magazine, having grown 92% since 2008.
