InkHead Adds Related Searches

Spring Cleaning

Custom CapsAlthough we are still technically in the final throes of Winter, this past weekend was beautiful here in Georgia; the temperatures finally cracked the 70-degree barrier, and there was hardly a cloud in the sky. As the weather continues to warm, I will eventually have to unearth my spring and summer fashions from the depths of my closet. Thankfully, as I moved in to my new apartment a few weeks ago, I took the time to organize all of my belongings and label all the boxes I was stuffing into the closet. So when it’s time to find all my favorite Promotional Caps, I’ll be able to pull them right out without having to poke through each and every storage bin I have.

Here at InkHead, we are in a similar process of tidying up parts of the site, a process which we hope will make it easier for you to find the perfect item for your next marketing promotion, awareness event, or corporate campaign. As I’ve mentioned in previous blog posts, this arduous process has included creating new categories in our catalog and reorganizing existing categories. Today, I would like to discuss the addition of the Related Searches feature.

InkHead Adds Related Searches to Catalog

Peas and carrots. Bread and butter. Hammers and nails. Some items just naturally go together. For example, when browsing InkHead for Embroidered Promotional Aprons, chances are you may also be interested in Custom Kitchen Accessories. Before, after you had finished perusing our handsome selection of aprons, you would then have to browse over to our kitchen accessories section. Now, certain categories have links to other categories that you may also find pertinent.

So the next time you check out our complete line of Company Logo Coffee Mugs, you will also have an opportunity to review what Promotional Beverages you could pair with your giveaway.

Be advised that this is a work in progress, and not every category includes “related searches” yet. The Bottom Line

Over the past few weeks, we have made several enhancements to the basic functionality of the InkHead website that we believe will make it even easier to find the perfect promotional product (such as Custom Water Bottles or Promotional Tote Bags) for your business, school, or group. The most recent augmentation we made shows categories similar or related to the one you’re viewing at any given time.
