Idle Hands Are Santa’s Workshop

As we wind down for the holidays, we here around the InkHead Promotional Products offices have had a few extra moments of time on our hands. Here are some of the fruits of those idle hands’ labors.

Roughly once a day, I take 5-10 minutes to fold a paper crane. Not only is it relaxing, it also engages other areas of my brain that are not normally stimulated in my day-to-day duties—meaning that I stay sharper and more focused the rest of the day. My goal is to follow in the footsteps of Sadako Sasaki and fold 1000 paper cranes in the next year. I may have to find a bigger cabinet.

Customer service manager Sam Hughes recently brought this homemade quilt below into the office. Admire her handiwork (and Derek‘s legs)!

Last but not least, Eric Cooksey, one of our web sales representatives took a few days off earlier this week, and the rest of the office took it as an opportunity to decorate his cubicle for Christmas. Take a look…

We even wrapped his chair!

Each pen, individually wrapped.

Family photos, wrapped and replaced with pictures of celebrities...

...celebrities like Kirk Cameron.

We wrapped it all up for him to open when he got back!

Want to see the big reveal? You’ll have to come back next week because we are not opening this one until Christmas!
