National Adopt-a-Dog Month!

There are many reasons why October is one of our favorite months here at InkHead Promotional Products.

The cooler weather. The World Series. Homecoming. Halloween. And many opportunities to make our world a better place. One way we can make a difference is by lending a helping paw to Man’s Best Friend. October is the American Humane Association’s National Adopt-a-Dog Month, started as a way to call attention to the countless dogs in animal shelters across the country in dire need of homes.

At my house we have two rescue dogs who are the sweetest, goofiest, most loving animals we’ve ever known. Neither my wife nor I were really “dog people” before taking in our first dog, but we’ve never regretted it. Both of our dogs have proven to be loyal companions, playmates to our kids, and two of our best friends.
