The mugs turned out exactly as expected. Good value overall. Total processing time and shipping was quicker than expected. Good experience. I will use InkHead in the future for sure.

The tumbler leaked around the lid. Bought this for people to use during a weekend conference and many wouldn't use it. They looked great but just didn't function reliably.

These cups work great! Out of the 500 we ordered, we only had two complaints that they leaked. We got them for a library so we were thrilled that they were so reliable.

We love the stainless steel travel tumbler. We use them to acknowledge the great work our employees do! Nice quality and our logo looks great on them. We had one problem with a tumbler that leaks but we were taken care of by InkHead staff to get the problem resolved. Thanks!
