With just a few weeks before my father's 70th birthday party, we wanted to produce a party favor that we could use to also serve the dessert in. The first mug we selected turned out to be unavailable, but our account representative assured us that they could still meet our deadline even if we switched product items. This adorable mug with matching spoon fit the bill. The production and delivery was on time. The design team altered the picture of my dad so it would be more recognizable when printed. The only reservation I have about the product is that the accompanying spoons are starting to chip. Other than that, we had a great experience processing the order, and the mugs made a hit at the party. I'd order from InkHead again.
